As a former British Armed Forces Medic with a background in Injury Rehabilitation, I understand that tension is not always purely physical. Stress, anxiety, self-consciousness and the constant demands of everyday life can all affect how comfortable someone feels within themselves and how easily they are able to truly relax.

My treatments are especially suited to women who may feel nervous, body-conscious or uncertain about booking a massage. There is no expectation to look, feel or present yourself in any particular way. Every client is treated with dignity, respect and absolutely no judgement.

Each treatment is shaped around you. Your preferred pressure, positioning, personal boundaries and the areas you would like treated are discussed clearly, allowing the experience to remain comfortable, reassuring and entirely within your control.

The focus is not simply on working the muscles. It is about creating a private, unhurried space where you can let your guard down, mentally unload and leave the pressures of everyday life behind.

Through calming music, a peaceful atmosphere and a treatment that is never rushed, the experience is designed to help your thoughts settle and allow you to completely switch off. The aim is to create something deeply restorative, transportive and almost transcendent, a space where the outside world temporarily disappears and you are able to drift into a much calmer state of mind.
